Service Requirements and Shipping Logistics

All in-house release testing records undergo review by an IU GTTL supervisor, director and QA.  Final reports are prepared by the Certification Testing Laboratory Manager, reviewed by a director, and approved by QA prior to release.

An IU GTTL study number must be assigned before any samples are able to be shipped to and accepted by IU GTTL. A completed Sample Submission Form, referencing your specific study number, must accompany each shipment. Samples should be shipped to the address listed on the top of the Sample Submission Form to the attention of the Certification Testing Laboratory Manager. Please email tracking information and shipping notifications to the Certification Testing Laboratory Manager.

Final results are reported as an Assay Certificate of Analysis (COA) and provided to the sponsor after assay completion and data review.
