IU GTTL can accept DNA, blood or cell suspension for analysis in the following assays:

• Vector Copy Number by Droplet Digital PCR. Precise quantification of vector copies per cell using a multiplexed assay on the BioRad QX200 ddPCR System with Part 11 compliant software.
• Quantitative Real-Time PCR for Target Sequence Detection. For RCR/RCL detection and other customized targets.
• Mycoplasma Detection. Qualified to meet European Pharmacopoeia (EP 2.6.7) and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP G3) requirements, with a sensitivity of 10 CFU/mL.
